The first society exhibition was opened in Gallery Göng in the presence of a large number of members and their guests. More than a thousand guests visited the exhibition while it was open. On display were 50 paintings by 33 artist members. The exhibition committee delegated three professional artists who themselves were not members of the society, to be in the jury. Each member could send in up to 3 paintings and altogether we received 177 paintings from  63 member artists.
