Guðrún Hreinsdóttir has held 6 solo exhibitions since 2010, e.g. in the Mosfellsbær Art Gallery and in the Garðabær Library twice and in Gróska in Garðabær. She has participated in 25 group exhibitions of Gróska during this time. The Art of Doctors has been exhibited in Tromsø and Reykjavík in 2010 and 2011. Guðrún has exhibited many times with the Icelandic Watercolor Society.

 

2015: EWCS representative of NAS on behalf of Iceland, Lllanca, Spain.

Nov 2016-Feb 2017: Connections, an international watercolor exhibition at the Nordic House in Reykjavík with 72 painters from the Nordic Watercolor Society and the Royal Watercolor Society of Wales (Juried exhibition).

2019: Icelandic Watercolour Society, the first exhibition of the society in Gallery Göng, Reykjavík.

Dec 2019-Mar 2020: Y Gaer Museum Brecon in Wales with NAS and Royal Watercolor Society.

2020: Icelandic Watercolour Society, Contrasts Gallery Göng, Reykjavík (Juried exhibition).

2022: Icelandic Watercolor Society, Flow, Gallery Göng, Reykjavík  (Juried exhibition).  

2024: Icelandic Watercolor Society, Seasons Gallery Grótta, Reykjavík (Juried exhibition).  

2025: Icelandic Watercolor Society, Variations, Gallery Göng, Reykjavík  (Juried exhibition).

She has also exhibited with the watercolorists Björk Tryggvadóttir and Þóra Einarsdóttir in Gróskusalur in 2013 and in Jakobstad in Finland under the auspices of the Norden Association in 2016 and in Gallery Grásteinn 2022.
