Ransý has attended numerous adult courses ín drawing and painting but soon became attracted to the qualities of watercolour and subsequently has solely used them in her art. She is particularly attracted to landscape and floral motifs.

More recently she has attended short courses provided by the Watercolour Society under thre guidance of internationally renowned artists Vicente Garcia, Ann Larson Dahlin and Michael Solovyev.
