Vicente Garcia Fuente from Spain visited us in July. He is very familiar with the Icelandic scenery, having spent several weeks here in 2019 and therefore his paintings are very much inspired by Icelandic nature and skies. He gave two demonstrations for usand at the same time informed us of his technique and materials. It was very evident that he is passionate about this country and the panoramas it presents to the artist. It made for an entertaining evening and he has promised to let us know when he will be returning so that maybe we can arrange a course with him.
